HeadsUp is a web-based, collaborative software application that integrates scheduling, document tracking, project management, field reporting, and margin analysis into a single application that provides proactive alerts and notifications before problems get out of hand.

You own your data. Your data is your property and will be held in confidence by us.

What operating system and web browser should I use with HeadsUp?

HeadsUp works best with Windows XP and the latest Internet Explorer 6 web browser.

How do I install HeadsUp?
A.
HeadsUp is a web-based application. You do not need to install it on your workstation. You only need a web browser to use HeadsUp.

Can I use HeadsUp on my PDA?
A.
You can use HeadsUpMobile, an interface into HeadsUp that is optimized for PDAs and other mobile devices. HeadsUpMobile is included with HeadsUp.

What happens during Implementation?
A.
First is an Implementation Services Site Assessment visit. The purpose of this visit is to get to know more about your business, your needs, workflow processes, business practices, and key personnel. From that assessment we create an implementation plan tailored towards your goals and requirements.

How long does implementation take?
A.
The average implementation time line (beginning with a Kick Off meeting and ending with Go Live usage) runs about 2 - 3 months.
Upgrades
Q.
How often is HeadsUp updated?
A.
HeadsUp is updated six or seven time a year. Because HeadsUp is a web-based system, these updates are seamless and you don't need to install anything.
Support and Training

How do you do training?
A.
The training team at HeadsUp offers web-based training classes. Web-based training has several advantages: 1) Costs less than on-site training and there are no travel expenses; 2) Sessions last from 1-2 hours so your employees are not overwhelmed with too much information at one time; 3) There is live interaction between the trainer and your employees with both looking at the same computer screen using web collaboration software.

What accounting systems does HeadsUp work with?

HeadsUp can sychronize with Intuit Master Builder, Contractor Anywhere, and Sage Timberline using our HeadsUpSync software. HeadsUpSync is included with HeadsUp.

What other software does HeadsUp work with?
A.
Approval (merge) Documents in HeadsUp can be authored with Microsoft Word. You can also upload and track many different kinds of Reference Documents including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe PDF, JPEG, GIF, and more.
