Implementation Services

HeadsUp Implementation Services starts with an on-site visit. The purpose of this visit is to get to know more about your business, your needs, workflow processes, and business practices, and key personal. In short, we want

  • To understand your business needs and provide solutions for maximizing your use of HeadsUp.
  • To support your business to be successful during your implementation.
  • To provide a tailored implementation plan based on your goals and critical success factors.
  • To deliver clear concise information in an open and adaptable manner.
  • To develop and empower your staff to optimize working practice and productivity.

From that assessment we create an implementation plan tailored towards your goals and requirements. Normally, implementation is provided in "bite size" pieces. We know that your time is very important, so we try to interrupt your normal daily activities as little as possible. Your Implementation Manager will collaborate with the HeadsUp consulting and training team to help enhance your internal processes. The Implementation Manager is your primary point of contact during your implementation to ensure timely and professionally delivered services. From time to time, you Implementation Manager may also be involved in certain training sessions and/or participate during your ‘Go Live' dates.

We just don't want you to become skilled with the product; we want you to take advantage of its full potential. Our goal is to support you and your staff to be successful during this transformation and to allow you to receive the full advantage and flexibility of the product.

Training

Your Implementation Manager will evaluate your staff and their immediate needs and schedule training accordingly. These training sessions are tailored to your requirements.

We have been using virtual training procedures since 1995. Start to finish for all staff is usually several weeks instead of several months.

The training team at HeadsUp offers a virtual classroom with the following advantages:

  • Costs less than on site training. No travel days or expenses.
  • Sessions are held to 2 hours. Retention falls quickly past 2 hours.
  • Requires less time away from normal day to day duties.
  • It can be spread out over days or weeks. This allows time to practice what is learned.
