HeadsUp Implementation Services starts with an on-site visit. The purpose of this visit
is to get to know more about your business, your needs, workflow processes, and business
practices, and key personal. In short, we want
- To understand your business needs and provide solutions for maximizing your use of HeadsUp.
- To support your business to be successful during your implementation.
- To provide a tailored implementation plan based on your goals and critical success factors.
- To deliver clear concise information in an open and adaptable manner.
- To develop and empower your staff to optimize working practice and productivity.
From that assessment we create an implementation plan tailored towards your goals and
requirements. Normally, implementation is provided in "bite size" pieces. We know that your
time is very important, so we try to interrupt your normal daily activities as little as possible.
Your Implementation Manager will collaborate with the HeadsUp consulting and training team to
help enhance your internal processes. The Implementation Manager is your primary point of
contact during your implementation to ensure timely and professionally delivered services.
From time to time, you Implementation Manager may also be involved in certain training sessions
and/or participate during your ‘Go Live' dates.
