Belcaster to Manage Project Documents with HeadsUp Technologies

 
Overland Park, KS – Belcaster Commercial Contractors, LLC of Chicago, IL announced that it will use the construction project management software and services of HeadsUp Technologies, LLC to manage Bid Solicitations and Project Documents.  Belcaster will create and track documents such as - Submittals, RFIs, Meeting Minutes, Daily Reports and Change Orders with their new system. HeadsUp also provides storage and access to all construction documents made outside HeadsUp, such as plans and drawings.

Web-based HeadsUp's project management information is available from any location with Internet access. All that is needed is a PC, Notebook, Tablet PC, PDA or PDA Phone to access information.  HeadsUp is the only web-hosted Construction Management System that daily collects data from the construction site, compares it with the schedule, recalculates the schedule, and sends decision impelling warnings to Management as part of a comprehensive project management system.
