The Renschler Company, Inc. to Use HeadsUp Technologies for Bid Solicitation

 
Overland Park, KS – HeadsUp Technologies of Overland Park, KS a developer of construction project management solutions announced today that The Renschler Company, Inc., Madison, WI has selected HeadsUp to provide Bid Solicitation services.  Renschler will use HeadsUp's Integrated Construction Project Manager for requesting, capturing and analyzing subcontractor bids.  The bidding component, called “Platinum Bids” helps General Contractors reduce the time in half required to solicit, receive and analyze subcontractor bids. The system is web based and provides subcontractor access to all bid requirements including virtual plan rooms.  By clicking on an email link, the subcontractor can enter their bid, along with any supporting documentation, directly into “Platinum Bids."  Subcontractor bids can be automatically exported to Microsoft Excel for analysis.

Web-based HeadsUp also daily captures field report information from the job. The HeadsUp schedule and project management information is available from any location with Internet access. All that is needed is a PC, Notebook, Tablet PC, PDA or PDA Phone to access information.  HeadsUp is the only web-hosted Construction Management System that daily collects data from the construction site, compares it with the schedule, recalculates the schedule, and sends decision impelling warnings to management as part of a comprehensive project management system.
