Commerce wants the ease of Web access for Superintendents to write their Daily Report which updates the schedule.  Another factor in the decision was the ability to track the creation and execution of Contracts, Submittals, Requests For Information and other construction documents with alert reminders. And finally, HeadsUp eliminates the duplicate data entry of Subcontracts and Purchase Orders to Commerce's Sage Timberline Office™ construction accounting system by copying data from one system to the other.

Web-based HeadsUp daily captures field report information from the job. The HeadsUp schedule and project management information is available from any location with Internet access.
