Overland Park, KS – GT Mechanical Projects & Design, Inc. of Homer Glen, IL announced that it is teaming with HeadsUp Technologies of Overland Park, KS to use its construction project management software. HeadsUp allows all of GT Mechanical's project team to access the same project information from anywhere with an Internet connection.  Web access will make it easy for Superintendents to write their Daily Report which updates the project schedule. Another factor in the decision was integration of employee work hours from the HeadsUp Daily Field Report to GT Mechanical's Sage Master Builder™ construction accounting system. By using one central system, GT Mechanical also accomplishes standardization of their project documents such as Subcontracts, RFI, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Submittals and Transmittals.

Web-based HeadsUp daily captures field report information from the job. The HeadsUp schedule and project management information is available from any location with Internet access. All that is needed is a PC, Notebook, Tablet PC, PDA or PDA Phone to access information.  HeadsUp is the only web-hosted Construction Management System that daily collects data from the construction site, compares it with the schedule, recalculates the schedule, and sends decision impelling warnings to management as part of a comprehensive project management system.
