Every night, our construction scheduling software compares the beginning of the day schedule with the
most current schedule and develops alerts:
- "Red" if a task hasn’t started, is on the critical path and past its late start date
- "Yellow " if a task hasn’t started, is on the critical path and is approaching it’s late start date
- "No color" if a task is starting within two weeks and is on schedule
- "Red" if an approval document is not resolved by the due date
- "Yellow" if an approval document is not resolved 7 days prior to the due date
Each alert links to the appropriate task or document so it can quickly be analyzed
and appropriate responses can be made.
Our construction scheduling software prioritizes these alerts on the "My HeadsUp" screen. This information
is filtered by user role associated with the user name and password. For example, subcontractors
can only see tasks to which they are assigned. Site superintendents can only see the project(s)
to which they are assigned. Project manager can only see the projects to which they are assigned. Executives
can see information across all projects.
Each alert is tied directly to the task or document making it easy to analyze the situation
and take appropriate action.
HeadsUp, the leader in capturing construction site status, updating schedules, and keeping
everyone on the project current.
