Approval documents include ASIs, RFIs, Notices, Dunning Letters, Submittals, Transmittals,
Owner Change Orders, Sub Change Orders, Subcontracts, and Purchase Orders.
Approval documents use Microsoft Word® or Corel WordPerfect® merge templates. HeadsUp
provides standard merge fields for each document type. New merge fields can be created
if necessary.
Approval documents are tracked from initiation through approval. As with reference
documents, after uploading, they may be viewed, printed, emailed, or faxed.
